Automatic task creation
Assign an owner to a control field — tasks appear for every object in the project.
We build a workspace for teams managing dozens or hundreds of similar sites: stores, base stations and network nodes. A control matrix, tasks and dashboards in one place.
| Object | Status | Opening date | IT T−3 | Ready |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Store 01 | In progress | 24.10.2026 | 21.10.2026 | 74% |
| Store 02 | Ready | 28.10.2026 | 25.10.2026 | 100% |
| Store 03 | Risk | 02.11.2026 | 30.10.2026 | 42% |
| Store 04 | Overdue | 05.11.2026 | 02.11.2026 | 18% |
Proxeris began in Uzbekistan with a problem familiar to project managers in construction, retail, telecom and other industries: when there are hundreds of sites and interdependent deadlines, a spreadsheet cannot keep up. We turned that spreadsheet into a system that creates tasks, calculates deadlines and shows where a project may slip tomorrow.
Give project managers and stakeholders one accurate picture: what is ready, what is urgent and who is responsible. Without manual reports, phone calls or forwarding files.
We import your Excel file: control objects become rows and control fields become columns.
We assign owners, predecessors and day counters to each field.
We invite participants and contractors with the appropriate roles and groups.
Tasks are created automatically; the dashboard and deviations are updated in real time.

Proxeris is built around a matrix of control objects × control fields. Everything else in the system comes from its cells.
Each row is a site: a store, location or node. Each column is a checkpoint with a data type. Cells assigned to you are highlighted in orange — these are your tasks.
| Control object | Task status | Task name | Assignment date | Due date |

| Store 01 | Overdue | IT deployment | 29.09.2026 | 04.10.2026 |
| Store 02 | In progress | Equipment installation | 28.09.2026 | 12.10.2026 |
| Store 04 | In progress | Equipment installation | 30.09.2026 | 14.10.2026 |
| Store 03 | Completed | IT deployment | 29.09.2026 | 03.10.2026 |

Assign an owner to a field and a task appears for each object. Its deadline is the predecessor's completion date plus the day counter.
Widgets use board data: pie, donut, column, line and step charts, gauges, tables, pivot tables and a regional map.
Eight capabilities that support a project office.
Assign an owner to a control field — tasks appear for every object in the project.
A task's deadline is calculated from its predecessor's completion. When one stage moves, subsequent deadlines are recalculated.
Every task change is recorded. Reopening requires a reason.
Pie and column charts, pivot tables and KPIs use board data without exports.
Objects with coordinates on a map. See where work is on schedule and where it is falling behind.
Import your project structure from Excel and export the board — even with thousands of rows.
System admins, project admins, participants and observers each see and change only what their role allows.
An interface in your team's language. Nothing to install: use a computer or a phone.
What is finished, what we are working on and what comes next.
Control object and field matrix, filters, sorting and pinned columns.
Automatic tasks from fields, linked deadlines and reopening with a reason.

Control fields and deadline rules adapt Proxeris to your industry. Here are the scenarios we work with.
The project office sees all projects at once: plan vs actual, delays in calendar days, overloaded employees and tasks blocking the next stages.
Task completion and estimated schedule delay
120 days × (58% − 50%) / 100 ≈ 10 days
Overload and open tasks
| Project name | Your role | End date | Completed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Store openings 2026 | Project admin | 20.12.2026 | 50% |
| Network upgrade | Project admin | 15.03.2027 | 42% |
| Branch renovations | Observer | 30.11.2026 | 61% |
Track every store's preparations for opening: design, construction, permits, hiring, IT infrastructure and more. Deadlines are calculated backwards from the opening date, while the dashboard shows SLA compliance and the risk of delay.
The full cycle of building and launching telecom sites and upgrading networks. Every location is monitored at each stage.
Every building, section or block is an object on the board; work stages from design to handover are control fields. The general contractor assigns owners and subcontractors to stages, with linked deadlines: finishing the foundation automatically opens the wall construction task.
Subcontractors see only their tasks, technical supervisors record acceptance of each stage, and managers see site readiness and handover delays on the dashboard.
Scheduled maintenance for diesel generators, mobile operators' base stations and other equipment at remote sites. Each unit is an object on the board and each scheduled visit is a control field. The next visit is calculated from the previous one, and overdue maintenance is immediately visible on the dashboard.
